Quickr Terms of Service

Welcome to Quickr. By using the Quickr app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Service
- Quickr provides AI-powered meal planning, grocery list, and pantry/fridge features.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Quickr.
- You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
- Quickr Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple’s App Store.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
3. Free Trials
- If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
- At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically renews unless canceled in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Quickr app, including all logos, features, and content, is owned by Quickr and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Quickr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, except as required by law.
6. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
- Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
